jc, i'm actually pretty happy about today...kry is in line with many gold co's....to me it means the investors that hold kry now have steady hands. the icsid news has had no bearing on the stock which says to me that shaky retail is gone and those that remain have a plan......
on a side note: this whole icsid thing is such a crock (as far as kry is concerned)...icsid does'nt award property or business's inside a sovereign country..only monetary damages...can you see the world bank telling chavez "you must let infinito gold mine LC"...please....they might say "you owe x amount of dollars" but imo that only speeds the need for kry to mine...and kry's case would be a whole lot stronger than vannessa's...we might actually get a billion dollars...HA!
BTW...infinito "investors" hav'nt seemed to react much to this blockbusting news...i bet they're thinking the same thing i am.."what was the one jurisdictional item that made it in?"
