it should have come a couple months ago...historically it takes about 90 days for icsid to render a jurisdictional call...this one has been pending since mid february....seems exxon and the like are getting fastracked but poor infinito is getting the smelly end of the stick....good! long and short is that might make for a good trading opportunity depending on what retail does....last time it did'nt make too much difference..
