I should know all this stuff because I have lived it for almost three years now.

1) What has the Venezuelan agreement with Crystallex have anything to do with Infinito (which kinda wierdly sounds like "not finished" in latin).

2) "While the company is confident in the validity of its position, there can be no assurance that it will be successful in all, or part, of its claims .............." This sounds like a disclaimer but how confident could they really be?

3) Wasn't this the company that bought the rights to Las Cristinas for $50? or something like that? Now they seek 1.1 Billion in damages- that isn't going to happen, is it?

Unfortunetly we probably see another prolonged and great buying opportunity. We are prob dead money if we have to wait out the continued arbitration. WHAT A SHIZER!
