That's a pretty good summation of the GRZ position Teutracker. GRZ already had their EIS accepted and it is still in good standing. Ortega did not revoke the EIS so we have to assume that it is OK as it stands.

She did revoke the "Authorisation to Effect" which was the permission to construct the mine, so GRZ is in the position that they have an EIS approved by MinAmb for a mine on Brisas which fulfils all of MinAmb's conditions but they don't have permission to actually build that mine!

You work out the logic of that... I can't...
