I don't believe that Grz ever had the permit to actually mine LB. They had a permit to build some infastructure towards building the mine. DB made a big deal about getting their permit and made it sound like they were good to go but it was BS. Even if Ortega hadn't revoked their permit they still couldn't mine till they got all permits like Kry is after. When the permit Merly signed arrives we are good to go.
