Because the "toxicity" of this stock has a lineage going back many years. Way to many brokers, M.M's and shareholders have been badly burnt more than once trading this stock. We have had suicides, heart attack lost homes and broken relationships and marriages. So unless you are a steadfast believer in the final outcome of this play, you must be very,very careful of how and when you place your money into this stock. A segment of the investing community has been on top of this play from way back andmade ton's of money from it. It has been noted that KRY has been one of the most "manipulated' stock on the board all legal and above board, but never the less the price of shares has been well controlled by a few. So don't expect the "vibe" to change.
