Just thinking about those outstanding warrants. As I've stated before, I'm not a stock or a mining guy, so I apologize for any errors in my thinking.....
As we know they are exercisable at a purchase price of $4.50/share. While they are valid for 18 months, you would think that the exercise would be early to let any other suitors know they have to deal with their position. The 16,330,000 warrants @ $4.50 would put an additional $73,485,000 in the KRY coffers. If, for whatever reason, they didn't exercise we could remove the 16 mm from the shares outstanding.
I would think that if the secret investor has been accumulating (via Tradewinds or otherwise) they would want to keep the stock price as high as possible to try to dissuade other interested parties from trying to get in too cheap and thereby ruining their grand plan.
Anyway, for what its worth, I think we can shortly add another $73 mil to the bank accounts...
