It is natural to focus on the permit now that it seems to be closer but my question is, what will Tradewinds do when the permit is announced?

Tradewinds strategy will have a profound effect on all of us post permit. Will they take profit? Will they go longer and wait for a buyout? Are they a proxy for a buyout?

Does anyone have a feel for Tradewinds and care to venture an opinion?
