He said that the Venezuelan State has opened relations with allied countries such as Vietnam, and stressed the heroic nature and the large developing country in Southeast Asia.
"We will sign a series of agreements today with the Government of Vietnam and this is a product of international relations of our Government," said the agent.
He also mentioned that the agreements provide for the setting up plants to manufacture trucks rustic.
The signing of these instruments coincides with the closing of the First Venezuela-Vietnam Joint Commission, which discussed joint plans for cooperation since last Wednesday in Caracas.
The Vietnamese delegation that participated in the working day during the past three days consists of the Minister of Industry and Trade of Vietnam, Vu Huy Hoang, the deputy minister of Science and Technology, Nguyen Quan, and the deputy minister of Culture, Sport and Tourism Tran Chien Thang.
Meanwhile, the Venezuelan delegation comprises the Ministers of People's Power for Energy and Petroleum Rafael Ramirez, for Light Industries and Trade, William Contreras, and for the Basic Industries and Mines, Rodolfo Sanz.
