Regardless of how this plays out today, this PR is great news. I am almost 100% certain now this permit and mine are a done deal. Let's look at this from another angle.

Did anyone notice the notification came from the "Vice-Minister of MinAmb"? Ortega did not have to publicly reverse her decision. Politically, this allows everyone to save face. After Ortega's blunder, no wanted to embarrass Chavez. He appointed her. So, what to do? A political horse and pony show. Change a few things on paper and everything is good to go. By releasing this announcement in this way, it also gives Crystallex time to recover from the Otega decision. Everone wins. Politics and money at their best.

A permit announcement in the next couple of weeks would not surprise me. Could even be a matter of days. The Vz governmnet need to get their people working.
