You're absosultely right.... we are in the best postion I've seen in my 2.5 years in this play. Forget about getting back to pre-April and Orega's bombshell levels. We now know that MinAmb has completed a site visit and verified that our proposal meets their expectations.

IMO, the permit is done and awaiting a grand event in Bolivar where Chavez can announce it with other big projects. Let's not forget the Novemeber elections are just around and his party desparately needs support in the southern provinces.
