by approving the proposals it gives the PPS a chance to build up a little before they issue the actual permit (hopefully in the next week or two)....after everything we've seen the last few weeks it sure seems to be headed that way....I'M REAL GLAD THIS CAME OUT THIS MORNING AND NOT AFTER MARKET TODAY!!!!
