I have looked at the news release that has been discussed today with a date of June 2007 and there does appear to be some conflicts that are tought to reconcile.

1. Lets review the NR:

"KRY 1.14, +0.29, +34.2%) shares surged 15% after the company said it has been notified that the requirements of Venezuela's Ministry of the Environment and Natural Resources for the issuance of an environmental permit to begin construction of the Las Cristinas Project have been fulfilled."

2. The date for this release is June 14, 2007. So lets go back and look at the trading on June 13th to 15th and see what we get:

3. What news was released on June 14, 2007. There was a formal NR stating what was said today. Here is a link:

In short it says, "the issuance of the Environmental permit to commence construction of the Las Cristinas Project have been fulfilled." which is consistent with what was posted on this board today.

Summary:

1. Price and volume are not in line with the pricing when compared to June 2007 and the pricing is in line with current SP as of today.

2. Content of both NR, if they are infact seperate reports, are the same.

Conclusion: Who cares. Sorry, we either get approval to construct or we all go to hell in a hand basket; I do not see that happening and expect there may more truth to a positive news annoucement soon leading us to finally getting our permit and SP appreciation. There are many on this board and others who have been kicked in the jewels, not once, not twice, but many times and at some point we are due. I do not want to get anyones hopes up, but we are due and soon. (I think we have a bond coming soon so it better be soon) Good luck!
