Closing on the high for the day is a positive event with average volume being my only concern. In any regards, stock price increases when there are more aggressive buyers then sellers so the SP action of today is postitive and tomorrow I would expect to see a continuation of upward action IF there is anything to todays movement just to confirm the play.

Let also not forget that we are now waiting to see if the project will be allowed to proceed and I see no reasonalbe explanations that suggest it will not; perhaps today was a sign of finally something positive for a change. I guess we will find out very soon.

We remain in a dialogue/process with the Vice Minister of MinAmb and Staff with a goal of returning the Las Cristinas Project to the construction and operating path. We have submitted a comprehensive report to the MinAmb and they have completed a site visit. The process and timing are in the hands of the Vice Minister and Staff and we cannot predict timing.

To date we have been encouraged with the process and dialogue and remain optimistic that the project will be allowed to proceed.
