My opinion and thinking is that the Big Boys know pretty much what we know. That, with time, a permit to proceed is a for sure.

The Big Guys are still manipulating and accumulating. Although SP is pretty flat for the last few days on AMEX, the daily OBV has an ever so slight upward trend. Since Jul25 the daily OBV has continually been trending upward despite the ups and downs of SP.
