Jetfan, you have to remember the report dates for these institutions is what it is just a report date. For example Wellingtons recent report date was in Aug and their last report date was in May. They did this sometime between May and Aug. For example look at KRY's volume from 6/20 to 6/25 about 28M shares changed hands so it could be very conceivable that these institutions are doing their big trading on days like that..ie Tradewinds, Van Eck, Greywolf ...etc.
