I was certain the permit would be issued by this Sunday...now all of this Ballinger BS....declining institutional ownership and I have a queasy feeling in my stomach again. I started thinking....who do you trust more...the incompetent, nationalizing Venezuelans or the sleazy, manipulative Canadian banks\big money funds. I'm leaning toward giving the benefit of the doubt to the Venezuelans right now.
