DB seemed to stress that a combined single mine had been extensively discussed(technically) with Mibam/CVG and that there were many benefits to a single mine, yet he said no discussions had taken place with Kry only VZ govt.

I was try to make notes and one thing I did write down was that DB said that the Government hadn't proposed any JV with Grz when asked about the whole nationalization of the mining industry. Was he mis-stating about meetings to JV earlier.
