Obviously they know that a meeting called with GRZ to discuss a combined LC, Brisas project will get back to KRY, so they might just be playing games to see who they can squeeze the hardest.

I might have missed it, but I don't thing Doug said that MIBAN called the meeting to discuss a JV. He did say that they wanted to know if GRZ was still interested in a combined ming project. That's not necessarily the same thing as a JV, although it could be.
