I have to head off to court, but I just wanted to say this... Yes they disclosed the Imataca issue which was a result of Decree 3110, but the new Forestry Law which was Gazetted June 4 or 5, 2008 is what I believe she is working under - it is not confined specifically to the Imataca, but the Forestry of the entire country. I don't know whether it applies to LC - I asked KRY if their attorney's had reviewed it and what their opinion, etc. was, but that was yesterday and still no reply.
