Current market SP, although up about 6%, indicates the jury is still out on the recent news. The second paragraph of the "Translation" posted by Vinvec:

Is the part being analyzed and further news being awaited on by other speculators warming up in the bullpen. Until a PR or more definition of the actual mining boundaries, we await the big moves.
