Negative?

I hardly think so. Before this article no mining was allowed and now we know that we are in the area where mining will be allowed. A quick look at the photos of LC will show you that we are not in the forest. The ground is so contaminated vegatation won't even grow till the soil is cleaned up.

How do we know we'll get our permit?

1.We know that mining is now allowed according to VM Garcia.

2.We know that VM Garcia did a 2 day site visit at LC.

3. We know that the government (HUGO) told them to reconsider the permit.

4.We know that VM Garcia told KRY that there were 3 areas that KRY needed to address before a permit could be issued.

5.We know that Fung has delivered the formal proposal that meets the 3 areas and that Kry was in full dialoge with MinAmb before the submission.

6. We know that Sanz is supposed to deliver jobs and money on Wednesday or 15 days which is Sunday.

There are many other things that we know that all point to the permit being granted to CVG and then Kry. I said it before, this is a done deal. Sanz and Ortega had a meeting about a month ago to decide on the boundries of where mining in the rain forest would be allowed.

Nobody can say for sure the exact time or date for the permit but I don't think anybody can come up with a good reason why we won't get the permit now that mining is allowed.
