I think "major" news would trump any sp price downward on bad earnings.

Here's my fear, perhaps a friendly news organization (read blog) might put out some great sounding news to "coincide" with the release of bad earnings.

Perhaps my conspiratorial alter-ego is getting the better of me. That said, I'll be happy when some other news organizations pick up this story.

Till then, my stop-losses are firmly in place ;)
