Rosales: Zulia never will fall in the hands of bureaucracy

Caracas. - The candidate to the Mayorship of Maracaibo, Manuel Rosales, assured today that bureaucracy never will obtain a triumph in the Zulia state.

“Zulia never will fall in the hands of bureaucracy”, affirmed.

The leader of Un Nuevo Tiempo (UNT) criticized the electoral propaganda that carries out the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) in the western organization.
