going back to the beginning of the fight (GRZ/KRY/VVV/others) for LC......grz was fighting for rights to LC in a combined LC/LB plan....KRY won the battle.....

here we are 100 years later and i've got to tell you.....i get the feeling that GRZ is either real desperate (reasons unknown) OR they are trying to get greedy and if they're not careful they will end up throwing a big wrench in this whole thing....

it's taken long enough for the ven govt to even look at the proposed plans.....grz should'nt try changing the program in the last inning.....imo

unless it was a last ditch effort by them.....i think the contract/concession argument might actually be the issue here from what sanz has been saying lately....he has said that a transnational company can be a MAJORITY shareholder in a mining operation but he has also been reinfocing the ven/company JV idea....i know a JV will work for KRY (it's already in thier contract)...but i'm not sure how it works for GRZ......
