it's because the stocks down, but not down enough to where i got my order filled....all i know is hugo is drinking johnny walker blue at $200 a bottle and i'm stuck with V.O. (it's 1969 VO though and i do like VO so...you're right...i'm going to have drink on hugo)...thanks
