Good point No_Bear.

Unless they plan to mine LC with pans and shovels they should get these projects into hands of companies that can bring jobs and results. We have seen what a wonderful job the illegal mining has done to the water supply and soil contamination. Maybe Ortegas definition of a rain forest is different from everyone elses.
