Jerome, I don't think the delay has anything to do with a buyout. VZ would not care about this unless it was something to do with Rusuro in which case it would not be a KRY negotiation.



KRY cannot withold permit information because it is material, even if they were also looking at a buyout offer. If the permit issue were settled it would have to be revealed.
