Today is a prime example of manipulation by whoever or whatever entity/entities are conspiring to keep the PPS down. Pull up a chart today with volume and you'll see that the last 15minutes show over 400m sh trade driving the PPS down $.04 and the last min was the highest min volume, 77m sh or so, of the day. With close to 1.5mm sh traded that = 25+% of the total vol and it is all downward pressure. In addition it is and has been my contention and observation that on relatively high volume days(1.5mm is recently high) that a majority of those shares are the same ones traded over and over again by the same conspiritors. A sells to B and C, followed by C & B selling back to A taking the PPS down a small increment, but giving the impression of High volume on a down day with the intent of scaring longs to sell REAL shares. The conspiracy partners lose nothing and have negotiated miniscule commissions for high volume. This is being done by the major, possibly with multiple accounts in different brokerages, to keep the PPS down in an attempt to steal KRY upon permit. They or IT is also accumulating a large position at very low prices and IT is trading of that position. I've been thinking on this for years and it is the only explanation for the eratic PPS movement and mostly down. I've still got my BoatLoad and adding to it!
