These miners in Bolivia meant business and Chavez saw what was going down and decided to cancel his trip to Bolivia because these riots were where he was going to be. If that didn't make him think about what angry miners would do then nothing will. I am quite sure that the miners of Bolivar State are quite aware of what has transpired in Bolivia and I would bet bottom dollar that Sanz will be a little worried to not come to the meeting with some actual MEAT to serve to the miners as in ANSWERS.
Miners are demanding dialogue and the COB meets to discuss the conflict exits


La Paz, Aug 05 (ABI) .- The executive secretary of the Central Obrera Boliviana (COB), Pedro Montes, said today that the miners of Huanuni sued install a table of dialogue with the Government to resolve the conflict that this morning day resulted in the deaths of two people and over thirty injured.
