I'm a firm believer this weekend will be the announcement for the Las Cristinas project. A few other conditions to consider-

6) Enviro Minister (Ortega) is out of the picture

7) Revised Mining Law is to be released in August

8) Mining Minister Sanz will be overseeing Mining in Ven soon and he is on our side

9) El Callao miners want there retro cheques and employment now!

10) Chavez has lost voter confidence it's podium brownnosing time for votes - watch it all live on Sunday's Alo Presidente broadcast.
