I've seen so many of these type of stories over the last several years I don't even pay attention anymore. When it says that recently 3 weeks ago it was announced no permits for mining we know it is dated. We are talking about information from when Ortega made her original statement months ago.

We know KRY and GRZ had a meeting on June 18th and negotiations begame to resolve the issue. That was 6 weeks ago. Either this was a typical hatchet job to slow down the share price rise that has started or just bad reporting by not following up on the original information before printing it knowing it is out of date.
