EZ...I agree with what others have posted. I think we may get it this weekend or within the next two weeks. Seems like there is a constant mantra from Southern Bolivar..."Award the permit...let us work...Award the permit...let us work". Hugo will be rested from his trip and the stars have aligned for good news. It just has to be so.
