SASA, IMO there is zero chance Hugo can "Nationalize" LC because he already owns it. Worst case scenario is that we would never get the permit, in which case there are legal avenues open to KRY. However, it would be a protracted and lengthy process with a debatable outcome as far as compensation is concerned.
