It seems that this open pit roadblock is being expanded on this board. 1. The KRY PR in June mentioned nothing about an open pit problem, but rather fine tuning various clean-up issues and social construction programs. 2. Ortega was appointed to head another "green" dept. and she is planting 12,000 trees. 3. The VZ diplomat to France was being appointed new MinAmb minister. Where and how did the Open-pit issue work its way to the table?
