Good points bkb -- no doubt that Rob is one of the most knowledgable longs in KRY.

It seems to me that Rob's bottom line (correctly IMO) is that nobody should get excited over little things like executive travels, and that things will happen at their own glacial pace as always. How many times have folks been disappointed by idle speculation about such things?

I don't expect any warning when the permit is issued, just like with previous important milestones.
