It's very basic, bonger. Chairman is pretty much an honorary title held by someone who has been with the co a long time as in founder(Gates comes to mind) and is NOT involved in day to day activities. CEO is and should be the "rainmaker" with an overall focus and direction the company takes. For Fung to be there right after he takes a hiatus from another co. indicates he is there to promote and advance a project - he is not there soaking up the sun with some babes applying lotion. The fact that he has a personal relationship with El Presidente would indicate to me a meeting with all the players to iron out differences and create a technical & production schedule to satisfy all parties. Is it coinsidence that the new mining program is scheduled to be announced NOW? I think not. Roberto
