let me know if i'm wrong here. to my knowledge, hugo's sector nationalizations have come while he has had his decree powers...in regard to the new mining law (if he wanted to grandfather in old concessions) would'nt it be much easier to do while he still had his powers....that way it would'nt have to bounce through the AN etc before it was done....if the new mining law is enacted by the AN we have a pretty good idea where they stand with regard to LC/GRZ....i think we wait a little while longer..
