Sorry for the typo "This wouldn't be a huge change for them and probably would be very difficult to extend to Brisas..."

should be

"This wouldn't be a huge change for them and probably would NOT be very difficult to extend to Brisas..."

Apparently the relationship between the CVG and GRZ is quite cordial and they meet and talk regularily in regard to Choco and on common issues where Brisas and Las Cristinas are concerned.
