I once emailed Crystallex suggesting that KRY legal check out the SH postings by Stuart and Leroy because I felt that some of them might have been defamatory. Never received a reply. Some of their postings were at least as viscious and unfounded as the above. Too bad more companies don't go after illegal bashing.
