The pressure is still on. For some reason, all the gas is coming out of the balloon. Somebody doesn't want a single short left in this stock... We may test .60 again.

The permit pop will be muted. It will be a slow rise now rather than a rocket. If you can't get retail to capitulate, make them sell too early.
