That's too much Mine! As you know I'm a Spanish speaking gringo married to an Argentinian and we only speak Spanish in the home. I was that guy when I was wooing my wife years ago before I could really speak! Now everyone I know in the United Hispanic state of Miami-Dade County thinks I am from Brazil (not native but too good to be a gringo) and loves to complain about the bad gringos. By the way, we recently bought our home from a Venezuelan family who went into foreclosure. The home is great but we are still waiting on the permits to build the additions that were promised when we bought it. Should I be concerned? They were approved and we paid the taxes...
Thanks for the levity. I have always been concerned that KRY Canada didn't have Spanish speaking people and was relying too much on the KRY VZ gang of Cottin et al. I asked RM about this but never got a real answer.
This PPS is ridiculous. It has completely priced out the idea that they will get the permit....which makes for an irrational market and a buying opportunity. Unfortunately I loaded up at .83, .82 and .80 as I didn't think it would go lower. When will these guys wake up and see the potential? I guess when retail has all but given up.
