Hopefully you are well. We (the retail holders) are patiently awaiting the outcome of the "negotiations." Can you confirm that the current talks involve only some environmental issues that need to be resolved and not any restructuring of the ownership (JV or whatever)?

Yes I believe the dialogue/process that was outlined in the Crystallex June 24th update has stayed with the confines of 3 areas/topics outlined in that release. All being environmental in nature.

The terms of the MOA fall under the jurisdiction of the MIBAM and the CVG and no one has approached Crystallex regarding the terms or desire to visit the economic terms of the MOA.
