Excellent pont, I forgot about all that cash. Just looked at FinYahoo which shows Grz has $1.54/share of cash. Makes it a compelling buy we don't know how to crystal ball Concessions vs MOA's or what will either iterate into. Right now, I believe the MOA has a much better chance of moving forward than a Consession.
