That's interesting - the same clowns who lowered the ARU target a few months ago to the same level while ARU dropped from $8 to 3. Of course they were buying loads at $3.5+ before they raised their target back up. Criminals like most on Bay and Wall st.

99% of these targets should be ignored as they are just a manipulation tool at best and useless most of the time.
