From RM on Rusoro's 50/50 stake and partner of choice:



We don't have a 50/50 JV we have an approved MOA in good standing. It appears some investors are focused on Rusoro's statement that they are a "partner of choice with a 50/50 JV" - BTW, I believe Exxon was a "partner of choice" with Venezuela at one point.
We are working on an environmental permitting issue holding up the development of the project and we do not believe it has anything to do with MOA's, JV's or economic terms.
