CJR...Even if Chavez just throws in a pro-permit\KRY (but stops short of announcing the green light on the project) comment when he's handing out the checks that would give us a jump start. As far as BMO and Tradewinds working together, I've heard that type of thing happens all the time. That would certainly make it easy to control the share price.
