Institutional has gone from high 20% to over 40% since I got here (my recolection), and buying has been more pronounced lately, right? How does this stock stay below $1 with all this accumulation? It is just mind blowing. When are we going to run out of sub dollar sellers? When we get permissions whom is going to have the huevos to hang out for a fair PPS like $8 or $10? This project could easily be stolen cheap by the same people whom have been manipulating all along. What do you think?
