They have already let the cat out of the bag and said the payments will happen BUT 10000 boliviars dosen't sound like too much, at least these people won't be able to retire on it. Too bad these people only had to wait six years (boy, now that sounds like another saga I am familiar with). Hopefully- This is not just to buy votes now and shut them up for a while, as they have been very vocal about the lack of job opportunities, which helps us.
