My my my....now THAT is truly encouraging! It certainly would make sense to pay off those pissed off displaced miners before awarding the contract to the big fish that swims in the same pond that the smaller fish were kicked out of. July 22-28th huh? Hugo now personally involved...very encouraging indeed!
